| 摘 要： | 选择以甲硝唑为主药制成抗厌氧菌感染的含漱剂，较口服甲硝唑片副作用低，用量小，作用迅速；其体外抗菌活性试验表明对口腔内有关厌氧菌有效强的抑菌作用；在临床验证中对牙龈炎、牙周炎治疗效果总有效率达９１．１％。冠周炎有效率１００％；细菌学效果观察表明厌氧菌及兼性厌氧菌数明显下降。

| Abstract: | In comparison with flagyl tablet,the anti-anaerobe gargle with flagyl as the principal component has the advantage of less side-effects,small dosage and rapid effectiveness.The antibacterial activity test in vitro revealed a significant inhibiting effect on the anaerobes in oral cavity.The clinical observation showed that the total efffective rate was 91.1%for gingivitis and periodontitis,100%for percoronaritis.Bacteriological examination showed that the amount of both anaerobes and facultative anaerobes was markedly decreased. |
