复方甘草酸苷治疗急性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗急性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将72例急性荨麻疹患者随机均分为3组,A组给予氢化可地松琥珀酸钠注射液200mg/d,B组和C组分别给予复方甘草酸苷注射液100ml/d、40ml/d,静脉滴注,连用7d;然后A组口服强的松片20mg/d,B组和C组口服复方甘草酸苷片9片/d,连用7d。结果:A、B、C组有效率分别为87.5%、75.0%、54.2%,A、B组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组与A、B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);复方甘草酸苷可迅速降低氨基转移酶水平,并减少水钠潴留和低血钾的发生。结论:复方甘草酸苷(100ml/d)是治疗急性荨麻疹安全、有效的药物。

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Acute Urticaria

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effects and safety of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of acute urticaria.METHODS:72patients were randomly divided into3groups:group A were administrated with200mg/d hydrocoˉtison sodium succinate for a week;group B were administered with100ml/d compound glycyrrhizin and group C were adminˉistered with40ml/d compound glycyrrhizin for a week.Then group A were administered orally with20mg/d prednisone tablets for a week;group B and C were treated orally with9tablets/d of compound glycyrrhizin daily for a week.RESULTS:The therapeutic effects for group A,B and C were87.5%,75.0%and54.2%respectively.No significances were found between group A and B(P>0.05);while great significances were found between group C and group B and A(P<0.05).Compound glycyrrhizin could rapidly lower the aminopherase(AT)level and reduce the incidence rates of water-sodium retention and hypopotassemia.CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin(100ml/d)was safe and effective for the treatment of acute urticaria.
