预防尿道下裂术后并发症的护理干预

目的探讨护理干预对预防尿道下裂术后并发症的效果。方法将87例尿道下裂患者随机分为两组，对照组43例采用常规护理方法，观察组44例于术前3天予1：20碘伏棉球擦拭会阴，术后采用弹力网纱保护阴茎伤口，用0．25％氯霉素眼药水从尿道门或尿道支架管滴入，每天4h一次，再予电吹风热风吹干伤口，红外线局部照射伤口，一天两次，配合舒适护理，有效解除疼痛。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为2．2％，对照组为30．2％，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施综合护理干预能有效预防尿道下裂手术后并发症的发生。

Preventive nursing of postoperation complication of hypospadias

Objective To study the nursing interventions effects of preventing postoperation complications of hypospadias. Methods 87 patients with hypospadias were divided into two groups randomly. Common nursing interventions were proceeded on the control group of 43 patients. For the experimental group of 44 patients, from 3 days before operation, 1:20 iodophor were used to sterilize, perineal region, and after operation, many nursing interventions were proceeded, such as using gauze to protect penis incision, 0.25% chloramphenicol infiltrating the bandage and sebific ducts of the penis and then drying it with warm wind every 4 hours, and infrared light local irradiation for promoting wound healing, as well as comfortable nursing and correct body position and limitation. Results Postoperation complications showed 2.2% in the experimental group and 30.2% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing interventions could prevent postoperation complications of hypospadias effectually.
