| 摘 要： | 本文报道了1例儿童富于T/组织细胞的B细胞淋巴瘤1例,且以噬血细胞综合征表现为首发症状。作者复习了T/HRBCL的诊断、治疗相关文献,为该疾病的诊疗提供了重要信息。
