主动脉夹层瘤患者带肢支架植入术的护理

总结了3例主动脉夹层瘤患带膜支架植入术的护理体会。术前严格卧床休息，保持大便通畅，做好心理护理，密切观察疼痛的性质、部位、程度，稳定控制并严密监测生命体征，防止主动脉夹层继续剥离；术后加强血压监护、密切观察肢体血供情况及做好切口的护理，及早发现手术并发症，促进患早日康复。

Nursing of membrane-coated stent implantation of aortic dissecting aneurysm

In this paper,by summarizing their experience in nursing3patients with membrane-coated stent implantation of aortic dissecting aneurysm,the authors argue that the nursing includes:preoperational necessary rest in bed,smooth excrement,psychological nursing,close observation of pain,its position and degree,close monitoring of vital signs,prevention of processing of aortic dissection,postoperative enhance of monitoring,close observation of blood supply in extremities and early discovery of complications.All the nursing measures are of importance in the promotion of rehabilitation.
