| 摘 要： | 目的评价高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的效果。方法围生期有窒息史、头颅CT示脑缺氧缺血改变足月儿50例，随机分为治疗组(25例)行高压氧治疗1个疗程，对照组(25例)常规治疗。头颅CT检查作治疗前后的对比。结果治疗组25例病灶完全吸收24例，占95％，临床症状及体征也基本恢复正常。而对照组25例中仅有10例(40％)病灶完全吸收，两组比较有显著差异。结论高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗有显著疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment(HBOT) for newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 50 mature newborns with shi's stifling history and CT indications of HIE were studied.The treatment group(25 cases) was given HBOT and then had CT.Results For the treatment group,95% returned to normal CT and recovered from clinical symptoms while for the control group,only 15 cases showed completely CT recovery.The diference is signifrcant.Conclusion HBOT is effective for newborns with HIE. |
