回春栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床研究

回春栓外用治疗老年性阴道炎（ＳＶ）４７例，总有效率达９７．８７％，疗效优于爱宝疗栓，在消除局部症状的同时，可降低阴道ｐＨ值，改善其清洁度，使阴道上皮细胞成熟指数（ＭＩ）明显右移。研究表明该药不仅抑菌消炎，还具有雌激素样作用

Clinical Study on Rejuvenile Pessaries Huichun Suppository in Treating Atrophic Vaginitis

patients with atrophic vaginitis was clinically treated with Huichun suppository with a total effective rate of 97 87%, which was more potent than Aibaoliao suppository as a reference drug in this study. In comparision with the control group, local symptoms and physical signs were obviously improued, the mature index of vaginal epith elium was clearly shifteel to right side(mature side), the acidity (pH) of vaginal fluid was decreased, and the vaginal cleaniness was improved indiciting the suppository possessed not only anti inflammalory and anti bacterial activities, but also estrogen like effect.
