| 摘 要： | 19例肥胖者与20例体重正常者的网膜脂肪与皮下脂肪的研究显示，抵抗素基因表达量，肥胖者与体重正常者无差异，网膜脂肪与皮下脂肪无差异。这提示，抵抗素基因表达与胰岛素抵抗无关。

| Abstract: | The study of the omentum fat (OF) and subcutaneous fat (SF) of obesity (n=19) and body weight-normal (n=20) subjects showed that there was no resistin gene expression difference between OF and SF, and between obesity and body weight normal subjects.This suggests that resistin gene expression is not correlated with insulin resistance. |
