| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经肘静脉与颈外静脉行外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果.方法:将80例乳腺癌患者随机分为肘静脉组和颈外静脉组各40例,并对两组静脉炎发生率、患者满意度、穿刺点渗血情况进行比较.结果:颈外静脉组静脉炎发生率及穿刺点渗血情况明显低于肘静脉组(P<0.05),而患者满意度高于肘静脉组(P<0.05).结论:乳腺癌患者选择颈外静脉置入PICC,可降低静脉炎的发生率,减少穿刺点渗血,提高患者满意度.
