| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合疗法改善颈椎病血流动力学障碍的疗效。方法随机将132例具有血流动力学障碍的颈椎病患者分为2组:西药组采用尼莫地平治疗,中西医结合组采用尼莫地平联合自拟舒颈通络汤治疗,通过TCD及检验指标的检测,了解治疗后2组患者症状及血流动力学的改善情况。结果中西医结合组不但症状缓解时间短,而且血流动力学明显改善。结论尼莫地平联合自拟舒颈通络汤可明显改善颈椎病血流动力学障碍。
