血清腺苷脱氨酶对肺结核的诊断价值

目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)对肺结核的诊断价值。方法对80例肺结核及70例健康志愿者进行血清ADA测定,并对测定结果进行比较。结果肺结核组患者治疗前与治疗3个月后血清ADA水平比较有显著差异(P<0.01),肺结核组患者治疗前后与健康组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);痰抗酸杆菌阳性与阴性患者血清ADA测定值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清ADA可以协助诊断痰抗酸杆菌阴性肺结核,并在一定程度上可反映肺结核的疗效。

Diagnostic value of serum adenosine deaminase activity in pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum adenosine deaminase activity in pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The level of serum adenosine deaminase in 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 70 healthy volunteers were measured,then comparisons were made.Results There was significent difference in level of sADA pre and post-treatment(P<0.01),there was significent difference in level of sADA between patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the healthy volunteers(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in level of sADA between patients with positive sputum tubercle bacillus and those with negative sputum tubercle bacillus(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of sADA is helpful in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis with negative sputum tubercle bacillus,and it could reflect the therapy effect of pulmonary tuberculosis to a certain degree.
