新诊断2型糖尿病患者血液流变学的检测分析

目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血液流变学特点。方法在某医院2009年1月-2010年12月的体检人群中,根据1999年WHO的糖尿病诊断标准选择新诊断的T2DM患者80例作为T2DM组;选择100例健康者作为对照组,检测两组血液流变学及相关生化指标并进行统计学分析。结果新诊断T2DM患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿酸(UA)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液流变检测指标全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉方程K值、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新诊断T2DM患者存在血液流变学的改变,表现为高黏血症。

Analysis of Hemorheological Determination in Newly Diagnosed Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the hemorheological characteristics of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 newly diagnosed T2DM patients and 100 healthy people were chosen from healthy examination in a hospital from January 2009 to December 2010.Their hemorheological and other biochemistry items were tested and the data were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and uric acid in newly diagnosed T2DM group significantly increased(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,hemorheological markers in newly diagnosed T2DM,such as blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood sedimentation,packed red cell volume and fibrinogen,were also higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Newly diagnosed patients with T2DM often accompany with hemorrheological changes,which results in hyperviscosemia.
