| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学为结直肠癌的许多研究领域开拓了新的视野,表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术推动了其在结直肠癌血清蛋白质组学研究中的应用.在针对结直肠癌早期诊断、判断分期、监测治疗效果等方面进行了积极的探索.随着这一技术的成熟,它对结直肠癌的诊断、治疗具有广阔的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Proteomics opens new visions in many research fields of colorectai cancer.The surface en-hanced laser desorption ionization- time of flight- mass spectroscopy ( SELDI- TOF- MS) promotes its application in serum proteomics.Many positive pilot tests are done aiming at the early diagnosis, staging, monitoring re-sponse to treatment and etc.of colorectal cancer.As SELDI-TOF-MS is mature to use, it has a expansive per-spective on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. |
