| 摘 要： | 目的:了解河南汉族人群中STR基因座D7S3048的遗传多态性.方法:采用PCR扩增、变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染技术分析河南地区119例无血缘关系汉族人群该STR位点的遗传多态性.结果:首次获得河南汉族人群中D7S3048的分布情况.D7S3048基因座检出10个等位基因,基因型为37个,基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡.汉族与蒙古族相比较,等位基因分布有差异.结论:河南地区汉族人群中D7S3048位点具有较高的多态性,在法医学和人类遗传学研究中是很好的遗传标记.

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the genetic polymorphism at D7S3048 locus in the Han population of Henan area. Methods:The genetic polymorphism of D7S3048 locus in 119 healthy unrelated individuals of Han nationality in Henan area was analyzed,using PCR amplification, denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) and silver-dyed technique. Results: Ten alleles and thirty-seven genotypes were detected at D7S3048 locus. Allele frequencies were calculated and their distributions were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The allele frequency of D7S3048 locus had significant difference between Han nationality and Mongolian. Conclusion: D7S3048 locus has higher polymorphism in people of Han nationality in Henan area, which may be a very useful genetic marker for forensic medicine and population genetic research. |
