TSP—1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及与VEGF、CD105的关系

目的探讨TSP—1在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达状态及与VEGF、CD105的关系。方法 免疫组化法检测56例子宫内膜腺癌、18例子宫内膜不典型增生、20例正常子宫内膜组织中TSP—1、VEGF及CD105的表达，图像分析平均光密度值进行分析。结果在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌中TSP-1表达逐渐减少（P〈0．05），VEGF、CD105表达则逐渐增强（P〈0．05）。TSP-1、VEGF与临床病理特征无关（P〉0．05），CD105与浸润肌层深度、手术-病理分期有关（P〈0．05）。在子宫内膜癌中，TSP-1表达与VEGF无相关（r=-0．239，P〉0．05）；在VEGF低表达组TSP—1表达与MVD呈负相关（r=-0．388。P=0．01）。TSP—1与生存时间无关。结论TSP-1低表达、VEGF高表达可能参与了子宫内膜腺癌血管生成过程，两者表达水平的失衡，可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展有关。

Expression of TSP-1 in the endometrial adenocarcinoma and its correlation with VEGF and CD105

Objective To study the expression of TSP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its correlation with VEGF and CD105.Methods TSP-1,VEGF proteins and CD105 were assessed by immunohistochemistry and analyzed using image analysis in a group of 56 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma,20 patients with normal endometria and 18 patients with atypia hyperplasia.Results The level of TSP-1 expression was found in an decreasing order,while VEGF and CD105 were increased from normal endometria to atypia hyperplasia,and then to endometrial adenocarcinoma(all P<0.05).The expression of TSP-1 and VEGF has no association with clinic pathological parmneters(P<0.05).The CD105 was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and depth of myometrial invasion(P<0.05).In the cases of endometrial cancer,there was no correlation between expression of TSP-1 and VEGF(r=-0.239,P>0.05).TSP-1 was negatively associated with CD105 in lower expressed VEGF(r=-0.388,P=0.01).No association between the expression of TSP-1 with survival time wag found(P>0.05).Conclusions The decreased expression of TSP-1 and increased expression of VEGF in endometria may be involved in endometrial adenocarcinoma angiogenesis.The imbalance in expression of VEGF and TSP-1 might be related to the carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
