中西医结合治疗小儿缺铁性贫血临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效,并探索治疗方法及铁剂用量。方法:将300例缺铁性贫血患儿分3组,中药组98例用中药异功补血汤内服治疗,西药组87例口服琥珀酸亚铁,中西结合组115例除内服异功补血汤外,按铁耗减期(ID)铁剂预防量,加服琥珀酸亚铁,以四周为观察期。结果:中西结合组治愈率91%,中药组治愈率78%,西药组治愈率70%,中西结合组疗效明显优于其他两组。结论:中西医结合治疗IDA,贫血症状改善明显,铁吸收快,疗程短,无复发,未发现不良反应。

The clinical observation of hypoferric anemia on chinese traditional medicine combined with west medicine for patients with wean iron deficiency anemia

Objective: To investigate the effect of chinese traditional medicine combined with west medicine for wean iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods: Three hundred cases with wean IDA was divided into 3 groups, 98 cases (chinese traditional medicine group) was treated with yigong buxue decoction, 87 cases (west medicine group) with ferreus succinate, 115 cases (chinese traditional medicine combined with west medicine group) with Yigong Buxue combined with ferreus succinate according to iron deficiency (ID), and with a observational period of 4 weeks. Results: The curative effect rates were 91%, 78%, 70% in chinese traditional medicine combined with west medicine group, chinese traditional medicine group, and west medicine group respectively. Conclusion: Chinese traditional medicine combined with west medicine for wean IDA is a good treatment for both its causes and symptoms, with iron Absorption facilitated, treatment course shortened, and without recrudesce and side effects. It facilitates Absorption of nutriment and enhances hemopoiesis function.
