| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨无痛结肠镜单人操作方法。方法]采用丙泊酚注射液静脉麻醉,行无痛结肠镜单人操作单人操作技术。结果]132例肠镜检查中,有127例插至回盲部,21例进入末段回肠,所有病例均无穿孔、出血等并发症发生,插至回盲部成功率96.21%。结论]在麻醉睡眠情况下进行结肠镜单人操作,受检病人始终处于放松状态,易于接受,并省时省力,值得临床进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the one-person operation of non-pain enteric microscope.Method] Take Propofol Injection for vein anesthesia,then make one-person operation of non-pain enteric microscope.Result] In 132 cases,127 were inserted to cecum,21 the end of ileum,all cases had no complication of perforation and bleeding.The successful rate of being inserted to cecum was 96.21%.Conclusion] Making one-person enteric microscope operation under anesthesia and sleeping,which is easily to accept for the tested patients always in relax,can save time and labor,worth further promotion. |
