| 摘 要： | 目的观察间断短时血液滤过对重症急性胰腺炎血浆炎性细胞因子的影响。方法重症胰腺炎病人经过短时、重复血液滤过后,酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平。结果血滤组与非血滤组住院第4天TNF-α及IL-8评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),住院第10天2组IL-6、IL-8及APACHEⅡ差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论间断血液滤过治疗在控制病情、减轻或缩短SIRS上较非血滤组优越,提示该方法有推广应用潜力。 |
