眼表面郎格罕细胞对单纯疱疹病毒感染的反应

对豚鼠眼表面 LC 在实验性 HSV-1(F 株)角膜划痕接种后的反应进行了形态学和定量研究。接种后4 d,可见角膜缘及角膜内 LC 的数量明显增加。角膜缘者,至第6d 达到高峰值(390±94/mm~2),为对照组的2.8倍;角膜者至第8 d 达到高峰值(366±34/mm~2),60倍于对照组。接种后第11d,两处 LC 数量开始减少,但直至种毒后第51d,仍高于正常水平。对于局部 LC 密度的改变在机体免疫反应中的意义其及与角膜炎发展的关系进行了讨论。

The Repsonse of Langerhans'''' Cells In the Eye Surface to Herpes Simplex Virus Infection

The response of Langerhans cells(LC)in the eye surface to HSV-1 inoculated by scratch into guinea pig cornea was studied morphologically and quantitatively.In the PBS control eyes,LC were found mainly in the limbal(140±35/mm~2,X±S)and conjunctival(no count)epithelium but were rare in the cornea(6±3/mm~2).In the HSV-1 inoculated eyes,however, both limbal and corneal LC markedly increased 4 days later.The peak number(309±94/mm~2)of LC in the limbus occurred within 6 days which was 2.8 times as large as those of the controls.The peak value(366+34/mm~2)of LC in the cornea was showed by day 8 after inocuation,which was 59 times higher than those of the controls.Passing through the peak day,the number of the limbal LC were gradually declined and the decline became clear by day 11.The corneal LC were then decreased sharply.The LC number in both the limbal and cornea still remained a higher level than those of the controls by day 51,though the symptoms and signs of keratitis have been resolved for a long time.The response of the LC to the virus infection and their significance were discussed,including the movement of the LC to the limbus and cornea,and the correlation of LC cell densities with the keratitis.In addition,the paper first reported the stroma plexus demonstrated with ATPase reaction.
