| 摘 要： | 目的观察＂止泰＂明胶海绵用于老年高血压患者拔牙术后预防出血的效果。方法老年高血压需要拔牙的患者125例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组术后应用＂止泰＂明胶海绵止血,对照组应用棉球压迫止血,观察比较两组拔牙术后出血和不出血患者的例数。结果观察组拔牙术后出血率明显低于对照组（χ2=11.86,P〈0.05）,观察组止血效果优于对照组。结论 ＂止泰＂明胶海绵用于老年高血压患者拔牙术后止血,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the blooding prevention effects of gelatamp gelfoam in tooth extraction for aged patients with hypertension.Methods 125 aged patients with hypertension who need tooth extraction were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The observation group were treated with Zhitai gelatamp gelfoam for hemostasis after operation while the control group with cotton balls.The numbers of the patients who bled or not after tooth extraction were compared between two groups.Results The hemorrhage rate of the observation group after tooth extraction was obviously lower than that of the control group（χ2 = 11.86,P 0.05）and hemostasis effect in observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Using Zhitai gelatamp gelfoam has obvious hemostasis effect in tooth extraction for aged patients with hypertension. |
