汞中毒患者肝肾功能损害临床分析

目的分析6例汞中毒致肝。肾功能损害患者的临床资料，并对中毒机制和治疗方法进行探讨，以便引起临床医师对汞中毒患者肝肾功能损害的重视。方法借助实验室检查，采取典型病例重点分析来佐证汞中毒对肝。肾功能的损害。结果在作者近年来收治的30例汞中毒患者中，有6例出现了不同程度的肝肾功能损害。肝损害的主要表现为各项转氨酶的升高，肾损害的主要表现为近曲小管重吸收功能的损伤，尿中β2-微球蛋白（β2-M）的含量增高。结论汞中毒患者的临床表现除了口腔-牙龈炎、三颤（眼睑、舌、手指震颤）及精神神经症状外，尚可引起肝。肾功能的损害，在临床治疗中应引起足够的重视。

Clinical Analysis of the Liver and Kidney Impairment among the Hg-Poisoned Patients

[ Objective ] To analyze the clinical data of 6 eases of liver and kidney impairment induced by Hg-poisoning, explore the poisoning mechanism and therapeutic methods and draw the attention of the clinical doctors to this matter. [ Methods] Laboratorial examination and typical ease analysis were made to testify the impairment of Hg poisoning on the patients＇ liver and kidney impairment. [ Results] 6 out of 30 collected Hg-poisoned patients were found with liver and kidney impairment; the major manifestation of liver impairment was ALT increase and that of the kidney impairment were proximal convoluted tubule re-absorption function and β2 mieroglobulin （β2-M） content increase in urine. [ Conclusion] Besides the clinical manifestations like oral cavity gingivitis, vibratory sense of eyelid, tongue ＆ finger and psychoneurotic symptoms, Hg-poisonings can also induce liver and kidney impairment, which should be taken into great consideration.
