PBL教学法在急诊临床见习教学中的实践与改进

摘    要:目的:探讨急诊临床见习教学中PBL教学法的改进效果。方法:将第四军医大学临床医学专业见习学生随机分成三组,分别采用PBL教学法、改进的PBL教学法和传统教学法后对见习效果评估。结果:改进的PBL教学法在激发学习兴趣、提高与病人沟通能力、提高对临床工作感性认识和病例分析能力等方面优势明显。结论:PBL教学法作为一条新的教学思路,应怎样结合实际教学仍需继续总结和摸索。

Studies on effect of modified problem-based learning (PBL) used in emergency education during clinical practice

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of PBL method used in emergency education during clinical practice.Methods: The apprentices of clinical medical majors were randomly divided into three groups with PBL method or modified PBL or traditional method.The results were evaluated after learning.Result: The effects in group with modified PBL were superior to those in other two groups in parts of stimulating the interest and improving communication skills with patients and getting more clinical perceptual and analytical knowledge.Conclusion: PBL method shows a new way in emergency education,but the authors will try to find out the advance to solve practical problems in the teaching process.
