临床技能培训中心在实习医生临床技能培训中的作用

目的：探讨临床技能培训中心在实习医生技能培训中的作用。方法：利用我院临床技能培训中心的模拟教学设备,对394名实习医生的体格检查、心电图诊断、外科基本技能操作、心肺复苏进行了培训。结果：2002-2004年级实习医生实习前与实习后临床技能考核成绩比较差异有显著性（t’=3.820-5.517,P〈0.01）,且各年级5年制、7年制实习医生实习前与实习后临床技能考核成绩比较差异有显著性（t’=1.870-4.796,P〈0.05-0.01）;2002年级5年制、7年制实习医生实习前临床技能考核成绩比较差异有显著性（t’=2.509,P〈0.05）,2003、2004年级5年制、7年制实习医生实习后临床技能考核成绩比较差异有显著性（t’=2.451,3.013,P〈0.05）。3个年级实习医生实习后临床技能的提高程度分别为91.1%、92.7%和92.5%。结论：临床技能培训中心在实习医生技能培训中具有重要作用。

Role of clinical skills training center in training interns' clinical skills

Objective： To explore the role of clinical skills training center in training of clinical skills of interns.Methods： By using of the simulated teaching equipments of the clinical skills training center,the 394 interns were trained in physical examination,surgical basic skills,ECG and CPR skills.Results： The assessment results of clinical skills after clinical practice of 2002-2004 grades interns were higher than those before clinical practice（t＇=3.820-5.517,P0.01）.There were significances between the assessment results of clinical skills before and after clinical practice in 5 years and 7 years interns（t＇=1.870-4.796,P0.05-0.01）.There were significances between the assessment results of clinical skills of 5 years and 7 years interns before clinical practice（t＇=2.509,P0.05）,there were significance between the assessment results of clinical skills of 5 years and 7 years interns after clinical practice in 2003,2004 grade interns（t＇=2.451,3.013,P0.05）.The ability to enhance the degree of clinical skills of three grades interns after clinical practice were 91.1%,92.7% and 92.5%.Conclusion： The clinical skills training center might play an important role in clinical skills training of interns.
