布加综合征的彩超诊断

目的探讨彩色多普勒对布加综合征的诊断与应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院6例布加综合征患者的彩色多普勒检查及下腔静脉造影结果。结果6例经彩色多普勒检查诊断为布加综合征。1例肝静脉阻塞;5例下腔静脉阻塞,其中2例为恶性肿瘤患者下腔静脉内瘤栓形成致下腔静脉阻塞。除2例恶性肿瘤患者未行下腔静脉造影检查,其余4例患者均行下腔静脉造影检查,结果与超声一致。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可作为布加综合征的首选诊断方法,能显示狭窄的部位、类型,指导临床治疗和观察手术效果。

Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome

Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods The findings of color Doppler ultrasound and inferior venacavography in six patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results The six patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome were confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound. One case was of the block in hepatic vein, and the other five were of the block in inferior vena cava. Except of two cases with malignant tumor, the angiography of inferior vena cava was performed in four, which results were same with that of color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography could not only clearly reveal the vessel obstruction site, degree and pattern, but also guide the clinical treatment and observe the therapeutic effect. It should be selected firstly as the diagnostic method for Budd-Chiari syndrome.
