血糖升高与胰腺癌的早期诊断

目的探讨血糖升高能否成为早期诊断胰腺癌的一个指标,是否有助于胰腺癌的早期治疗.方法总结1983年1月～2003年1月经病理证实的128例胰腺癌的临床资料.结果 128例中血糖升高者67例,行根治性手术8例(11.9%);血糖正常者61例,行根治性手术20例(32.8%).结论胰腺癌合并血糖升高者行根治性手术机会小,要提高其早期诊断率,应在胰腺癌高危人群中定期监测血糖及行其他相关检查.

Raising of plasma sugar and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer

Objective To investigate whether the raising of plasma sugar can be an index of early diagnosis and treatment for pancreatic cancer.Methods 128 cases (from 1983 to 2003)diagnosed by pathology were summarized.Results Sixty-seven cases were found to have raising of plasma sugar.Of them,8 patients (11.9%) underwent radical operations.Sixty-one patients had normal plasma sugar and 20 of them(32.8%) underwent radical operations.Conclusion The possibility of radical operation is lower in the patients of pancreatic cancer complicated by raising of plasma sugar. Plasma sugar and the other related indexes should be examined periodically in the high risk patients of pancreatic cancer.
