| 摘 要： | 通过监测小儿外伤性脾切加自体脾移植术后血小板随时间的变化趋势,结合血小板计数值,临床医生与药师之间的密切合作,及时调整抗凝抗栓药物方案,利于患者获得最佳的治疗.
