慢性乙肝患者疲乏的现状调查及影响因素分析

目的 调查慢性乙肝患者疲乏的现状并分析其影响因素,为临床制定有效的干预策略提供参考。方法 采用便利取样法选择2019年1月—2020年6月在郑州市某三甲医院感染科住院的200例慢性乙肝患者作为调查对象。使用一般资料调查表、多维度疲乏量表、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表对其开展调查。结果 200例患者中有186例(93%)处于中度疲乏水平,性别、是否存在合并症、运动及睡眠状况是慢性乙肝患者疲乏的独立影响因素(R²=0.836,_△R²=0.698,F=89.731,P＜0.001)。结论 疲乏在慢性乙肝患者中较为普遍,女性、有合并症、运动量小、睡眠状况差的慢性乙肝患者是疲乏发生的高危人群。医护人员应重视对疲乏高危人群的筛查,并及时提供针对性的干预措施,以缓解患者疲乏感,提高其生存质量。

The fatigue of patients with chronic hepatitis B and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the status of fatigue in patients with chronic hepatitis B and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide references for the development of effective clinical intervention strategies. Methods Totally 200 patients with chronic hepatitis B and hospitalized in the infectious disease department of a class-A grade-3 hospital in Zhengzhou between January 2019 and June 2020 were selected and investigated using a general information questionnaire, a multi-dimensional fatigue inventory and Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Results Among the 200 patients, 186 patients (93%) were of moderate fatigue level. Gender, exercise and sleep status, as well as suffering from complications were the influencing factors (R²=0.836, _△R²=0.698, F=89.731,P＜0.001). Conclusion Fatigue is common in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Females patients with complications, small amount of exercise and poor sleep are more likely to feel fatigue. Therefore, targeted screening should be conducted to provide corresponding intervention, so as to relieve their fatigue and improve their life quality.
