自护赋权与引领督导并重式营养护理对维持性血液透析患者的影响

目的 观察自护赋权与引领督导并重式护理在维持性血液透析患者营养管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年9月行维持性血液透析的终末期肾病患者82例,以信封法将其分为试验组和对照组,各41例,对照组采用常规营养教育管理模式,试验组在对照组基础上加用自护赋权与引领督导并重式护理干预,比较2组自我管理行为评分和营养评价指标。结果 干预后试验组自我管理行为评分显著高于对照组(t=42.758,P<0.001),各营养评价指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 采用自护赋权与引领督导并重式护理对维持性血液透析患者开展营养管理干预,可显著提升其自我管理行为水平,改善其营养状态。

The application of self-care empowerment combined with guidance and supervision in nutritional management of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To observe the effect of self-care empowerment combined with guidance and supervision in the nutritional management of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Totally 82 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis between January 2019 and September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 41, according to the envelope method. Both groups were given routine nutritional management, while the experimental group was additionally provided with self-nanaging behavior empowerment combined with guidance and supervision. The self-managing behavior and nutrition were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the self-managing behavior scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (t=42.758, P<0.001), and the nutritional evaluation indicators were better than the latter (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention in this study can significantly improve the self-management and nutritional status of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
