Abstract:OBJECTIVE To quickly analyze and identify the serum chemical components of compound Shexiang Huangqi dropping pills in vitro and in vivo by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-four-stage bar/electrostatic field orbit well high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS).METHODS The test solution was separated on an Accucore C18 (100 mm×2.1 mm 2.6 μm) chromatographic column, and gradient elution was carried out with 0.1% formic acid solution-methanol as the mobile phase and the injection volume was 5 μL.RESULTS A total of 184 components with various types were identified with 26 common components in vitro and in vivo, including 42 flavonoids, 62 organic acids, 11 phthalides, 6 terpenes, 6 saponins, 4 coumarins, 2 alkaloids and 51 other compounds.CONCLUSION In the study, the prototype chemical constituents of compound Shexiang Huangqi dropping pills in vitro and in vivo were identified and analyzed successfully.
