K点刺激辅助痴呆患者置入胃管的应用研究

目的 研究K点刺激辅助置入胃管在痴呆患者中的应用效果。方法 选取神经内科收治的痴呆患者90例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组44例采用常规胃管置入法;观察组46例采用冰酸K点刺激辅助置胃管法,比较2组置管成功率、平均置管时间及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组一次性置管成功率明显高于对照组(χ²=45.970,P<0.001),平均置管时间及置管时患者的不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 冰酸K点刺激辅助置管法可以提高痴呆患者胃管置入的成功率和操作效率,减少不良反应。

Application of K-point stimulation method in putting the gastric tube for patients with dementia

Objective To explore the application of K-point stimulation in assisting gastric tube intubation in patients with dementia. Methods Ninety patients with dementia of neurology department were randomly divided into a control group(n=44) and an observation group(n=46). The control group was put in the gastric tube conventionally, while the observation group was put in the tube through acetic acid K-point stimulation. The success rate, operating time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one-time gastric tube indwelling of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group, and the operative time and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Acetic acid K-point stimulation can improve the success rate and operative efficiency of gastric tube placement in patients with dementia and reduce their adverse reactions.
