| 摘 要： | 为证实功能锻炼在推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的作用，将１２０例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组７０例行推拿治疗后辅以功能锻炼；对照组５０例仅予以推拿治疗。结果显示，观察组痊愈率高、疗程短，疗效显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）．随访１年，痊愈者复发率观察组亦明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明功能锻炼临床作用肯定。结合复习有关文献，认为目前推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症所存在的痊愈率低、疗程长和易复发等不足，与治疗中及痊愈后忽视功能锻炼或锻炼不得法有一定关系。

| Abstract: | In order to verify the role of functional exercises in massage treatment of lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion (LIDP),the authors divided randomly 1 20 cases of LIDP into two groups :the observed and the control. Seventy cases of the observed were treated mainly by massage and auxiliarily by functional exercises; 50 cases of the control were treated Only by massage. The results showed higher cured rate,shorter treatinent course and better results in the observed than those in the control (P<0. 01) ;lower recurrent rate of cured cases in the observed than that in the control (P<0. 05),indicating that the clinical effects of functional exercises were confirmed. Through the review of the related literature, it was considered that the problems in massage treatment of LIDP, including low cured rate, long treatment course, easy recurrence, etc,have something to do with neglected or incorrect funcyional exercises. |
