| 摘 要： | 目的 分析OSAHS和OSAHS+HT患者的平均动脉压、最低血氧饱和度、睡眠呼吸紊乱指数间关系,及OSAHS病情严重程度与血压级别的关系,旨在进一步明确血压的升高在OSAHS发生发展中的作用.方法 入选2005年7月～2007年7月该院呼吸内科门诊收治且资料完整的129例确诊单纯OSAHS患者和131例OSAHS+HT患者.监测各组患者血压、平均动脉压、最低血氧饱和度、睡眠呼吸紊乱指数.结果 OSAHS+HT患者平均动脉压明显高于OSAHS组(P=0.003),最低血氧饱和度明显低于OSAHS组(P=0.11),病情严重程度与高血压分级相关(P=0.046).结论 OSAHS患者合并高血压会促进OSAHS病情的发展,对于OSAHS患者有血压增高的趋势应及时干预治疗. |
