摘    要:目的:研究重症肌无力(MG)患者视觉诱发电位(VEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和体感诱发电位(SEP)的变化及其与中枢神经系统(CNS)损害的关系。方法:对22例临床及重复神经电刺激(RNS)确诊的MG患者行VEP、BAEP检测,其中的18例还进行了SEP检测。结果:22例MG患者中VEP异常15例(68.2%)、BAEP异常8例(36.4%)。SEP检查18例均异常,其中上肢SEP异常8例(44.4%),下肢SEP异常10例(55.6%)。结论:MG患者的VEP、BAEP、SEP均有不同程度异常,表明MG患者可伴有CNS损害,而VEP、BAEP、SEP可作为早期发现MG患者CNS改变的有效检测手段。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of VEP , BAEP and SEP in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG) and their relations with the central nervous system . Methods: VEP, BAEP and SEP were determined in 22 MG patients diagnosed clinically and with positive repetive nerve stimulation(RNS). Results :The abnormal VEP was found in 15 patients (the abnormality rate was 68. 2%). The abnormality of BAEP was noted in 8 ones,with an abnormality rate of 36. 4%. SEP was done in 18 patients,all the results were abnormal. The upper limb SEP was found abnormal in 8 ones (the abnormality rate was 44. 4%). and the lower limb SEP in 10 ones with an abnormality rate of 55. 6%. Conclusions: VEP , BAEP and SEP in all patients might show different degree of abnormality , indicting that MG might be accompanied with damages to the central nervous system . VEP , BAEP and SEP might be served as an effective method to find the early changes in central nervous system .
