儿童声带小结诊治体会

目的 探讨儿童声带小结的诊断方法和治疗措施。方法 回顾性分析1996—2001年门诊167例儿童声带小结的诊断和综合治疗情况。结果 经随访凡能坚持治疗者，其有效率84．4％；未坚持治疗者，病情无好转。结论 大多数儿童声带小结可在间接喉镜下予以确诊。对于儿童声带小结的治疗应首先保守治疗；而对小结较大，保守治疗无效者，可手术治疗。

A discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of vocal nodules in children

Objective To discuss the key points on the diagnosis and treatment of vocal nodules in children. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 107 children cases with vocal nodules to sum up the experience for the diagnosis and treatment of this lesion based on their therapeutic courses in clinic from 1996 to 2001. Results The total effective rate was 84. 4 % among those being able to receive persistent treatment in clinic,while it was seen with no significant improvement in the conditon a-mong those being not able to receive any therapies. Conclusion Most children cases with this lesion can be diagnosed under indirect laryngoscopy and be cured by conservative therapy as the first selection. For those with larger vocal nodules and failed to cure with conservative therapy, surgery should be the possible way to select for curing it.
