| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以高能聚焦超声热疗为主治疗晚期胰腺癌的护理配合,以保证治疗的顺利进行。方法:对23例不能手术切除的晚期胰腺癌患者在采用FEP-BY01型高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机治疗的同时,针对术前、术中和术后实施了整体护理措施。结果:23例患者均顺利完成治疗,在肿瘤的局部控制和缓解疼痛方面取得了满意的疗效。结论:在超声聚焦热疗为主的综合措施治疗晚期胰腺癌过程中对患者开展系列护理措施,有利于治疗的顺利实施和提高疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the nursing cooperation of high intensity focused ultrasound therapy terminal pancreas cancer.Methods:23 patientswith terminal pancreas cancer were treat by high intensity focused ultrasound,at the same time implement holistic nursing before ,in and after operation.Results:23 patients were accompliched therapy successfully and gain good effect on control and therapy.Conclusion:Base on therapy of high intensity focused ultrasound given holistic nursing to patient could improve therapy effect. |
