胃癌、胃黏膜不典型增生、胃炎组织中iNOS和VEGF的表达及其相关性研究

摘    要:
目的研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌、胃黏膜不典型增生、胃炎组织的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测39例胃癌组织,24例胃黏膜不典型增生组织和33例胃炎组织iNOS和VEGF的表达。结果iNOS和VEGF在慢性胃炎、胃黏膜不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达呈平行性递增关系,每两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),iNOS和VEGF在慢性胃炎、胃黏膜不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论iNOS和VEGF在胃癌的发生发展过程中起促进作用,iNOS可能通过诱导VEGF表达促进胃癌血管形成,进而促进胃癌的生长。

Abstract:
Objective To study the expression and correlation of vas cular e ndothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in gas tric cancer, gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia and gastritis tissue. Methods The expression of VEGF and iNOS in 39 of gastric cancer tissue,24 of gastric mu cosal atypical hyperplasia tissue and 33 of gastritis tissue were examined by S- P immunochemistry. Results The expression of VEGF and iNOS in ga stritis, gastri c mucosal atypical hyperplasia and gastric cancer tissue were parallelly increas e by degrees, there were significant difference(P<0.05); the expression of VEGF and iNOS in gastritis tissue, gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia and gastric c ancer tissue were significantly correlated(P<0.05). Conclusion VEGF and iNOS pl ay an accelerated role in occurrence,development of gastric cancer, iNOS may p romote angiogenesis and growth of gastric cancer through VEGF upregulation.
