脑白质疏松患者的神经心理特征

目的：探讨脑白质疏松（LA）的神经心理功能改变及其特征。方法：对29例无临床症状体征的LA患者和25例一般资料与之匹配的正常人进行多种神经心理测定,测验包括视觉保持测验（VRT）、韦氏成人智力量表（WAIS-RC）和Zung氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）。结果：LA组的VRT两个记分系统的成绩和WAIS-RC中的记忆/注意因子标准分（MFSs)低于正常组,两组总智商（FIQ）和SDS标准分无显著性差异。结论：无神经系统临床症状体征的LA可以导致特定的认知功能障碍,其特征是一定程度的视一空能力缺陷、记忆及注意力障碍和心理过程迟缓。

Neuropsychological Characteristics of Patients with Leukoaraiosis

Objective:To investigate the neuro psychological characteristics and their change in leukoaraiosis(LA).M ethods:29 asymotamatic LA sub jects and 25 normal controls were compared on a comprehensive neuropsychological test battery,which included Revised Visual Retention Test(VRT),Wechsler Adult I n telligence Scale-Revised in China(WAIS-RC),and Zung's Self-rated Depression Scal e (SDS).Both groups were matched for sex,age and education.Results:The LA group s cored lower on the VRT than did the control group ,and the mean standard score o f the Memory and/or Freedom From Distractibility factor(MFSs)of the WAIS-RC in t he LA group was lower than that of the control group.There were no significant d ifferences o f the Full Scale IQ of the WAIS-RC and the score of the SDS between the two grou ps. Conclusion:LA may contribute to cogniti ve impairment in the neurologically healthy elderly,especially involving deficits of visuospatial ability ,disfunct ion of memory and attention,as well as slowing of mental processing.
