2011年郑州市金水区尿碘质量控制与孕妇尿碘检测结果分析

目的:保证新建尿碘实验室检测工作质量,掌握金水区孕妇碘营养状况。方法:参加郑州市疾病预防控制中心组织的质控考核;随机抽取金水区孕妇共1340名,进行尿碘水平检测。结果:尿碘质控考核优秀,测定结果在总体均值附近,准确度较好;金水区1340名孕妇尿碘检测中位数为252.4μg/L。结论:尿碘实验室运行正常;金水区孕妇尿碘水平已达到碘缺乏病消除标准,但仍有5.07%的孕妇尿碘值低于100μg/L的碘缺乏病消除标准,碘缺乏病防治工作仍需加强。

Analysis of uric iodine quality control result and uric iodine detection result of gravida in Jinshui district of Zhengzhou in 2011

Objective:To ensure the test quality of new urine iodine laboratory.To grasp the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women.Methods:Quality control assessment of uric iodine in this district was carried out.1340 pregnant women in Jinshui district were randomly selected to detect the uric iodine level.Results:The quality control assessment was excellent,the determination result was near to the average value of the total with good accuracy.The median of uric iodine in 1340 pregnant women was 252.4 μg/L.Conclusion:The urine iodine laboratory was operated well.Uric iodine level of pregnant women in Jinshui district has reached the requirement of iodine deficiency disorders elimination,but there were still 5.07% of the pregnant women under the standard level of 100 μg/L,so the prevention and control of IDD should be further strengthened.
