摘 要: | 目的探讨血标本放置时间及温度对感染性休克危重病患者血乳酸值的影响。方法采危重症患者血标本60例,每例患者同时采5管动脉血标本分别置于4℃(A组,30例)、18℃~20℃(B组,30例)于即刻、15 min、30min、45 min1、h分别测定全血血乳酸(LAC)。采动脉血用电极法测血乳酸值。结果随着血标本放置时间的延长及温度升高动脉血乳酸值逐渐升高,低温存放影响不明显,温度高影响更显著。结论标本放置时间及温度对感染性休克危重病患者的血乳酸值影响显著,值得临床重视。

Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of storage time and temperature on value of blood lactate in blood samples of critical patients with septic shock. Methods Sixty critical patients were randomly divided. Five arterial blood samples were drawn from each patient, and they were immediately stored at 4℃ ( group A,30 cases), 18 ℃~ 20℃ group B,30 cases) for 15 min, 30 min, 45 min and 1 hour, respectively, and they were examined for blood lactic acid (LAC). Electrode method was applied to measure blood lactate in blood samples. Results With the extension of storage time for blood samples and the increased temperature, the blood level of lactate gradually increased. The influence of tem- perature is more significant in high temperature, and it is no influence in low temperature. Conclusion Placing time and temperature on the specimen gravely ill patients with septic shock of significant influence on blood lactic acid value, is worth clinical attention. |
