kugel疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝123例疗效分析

目的：分析研究kugel疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2010-11~2013-10入院进行治疗的腹股沟疝患者123例对其进行回顾性分析,实施kugel疝无张力修补术,观察治疗效果。结果：123例患者中25例失访,随访率79.67%,25例术后发生疼痛实施治疗后疼痛消失;7例术后出现并发症（阴囊或会阴脓肿、切口脂肪液化）,治疗后好转;3例复发。结论：kugel疝无张力修补术治疗效果好,微创无张力修复效果好,并发症发生几率低,值得推广应用。

The treatment efficiency of kugel hernia tension--free repairs to inguinal hernia of 123 cases

Objective： To Analyze the clinical efficiency of tension-free kugel hernia repairs to inguinal hernia. Methods： We selected 123 cases of inguinal hernia patients hospitalized for treatment from November 2010 to October 2013, and analyzed retrospectively. We implemented kugel tension-free hernia repair, and observed its treatment effect. Results： Among 123 patients, 25 cases lost to follow-up and follow-up rate was 79. 67~. Among 25 cases of postoperative pain, the pain disappeared after treatment; among seven cases of postoperative complications （scrotal or perineal abscess incision fat liquefaction）, the situation improved after treatment; and three cases relapse. Conclusion： The effect of kugeI hernia tension-free repair treatment and minimally invasive tension- free repair is good with low probability of occurrence of complications, which should be widely applied.
