儿童支原体肺炎感染150例临床分析

[背景]分析儿童支原体(MP)肺炎的临床特点及治疗方案.[病例报告]对150例MP肺炎患儿的临床表现、诊断及治疗过程等资料进行回顾性分析.MP肺炎发生年龄呈低龄化趋势,多数以剧烈咳嗽、发热起病;肺部体征相对较轻,X线检查表现较重,大环内酯类药物治疗效果较好.[讨论]MP肺炎临床表现不典型,应根据相关辅助检查早期诊断,分析发病原因,及时应用敏感抗生素进行治疗,使用大环内酯类药物进行序贯治疗时可适当给予糖皮质激素、丙种球蛋白.

Clinical analysis in 150 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia

BACKGROUND To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of child mycoplasmal pneumonia （MPP）. CASE REPORTS Clinical data of clinical manifestation, diagnosis and therapeutic schedule in 150 children with MPP were retrospectively analyzed. The age suffered from MPP was as younger-age trend, and Most of children with MPP in clinic were onset with serious cough and fever, and the pulmonary symptoms were light and X-ray signs were serious, and the therapeutic effects of macrolides antibiotics for MPP were good. DISCUSSION Clinical manifestation of MPP is atypical, early diagnosis for MPP is performed according to the auxiliary examination, the causes of disease are analyzed, the sensitive antibiotics are applied in time, and the sequential therapy with macrolides antibiotics can be combined appropriately with glucocorticoid and immunoglobulin.
