人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折68例疗效分析

[背景]观察人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效.[病例报告]回顾性分析自2010年9月至2013年6月间接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的68例高龄(75¹02岁,平均79.6岁)股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料,记录手术时间、术中及术后输血量、随访患者的患肢负重时间、有无并发症发生及术后患肢髋关节Harris评分.结果见,所有患者均获得术后随访,随访时间为7102岁,平均79.6岁)股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料,记录手术时间、术中及术后输血量、随访患者的患肢负重时间、有无并发症发生及术后患肢髋关节Harris评分.结果见,所有患者均获得术后随访,随访时间为7³3个月,平均20个月.髋关节Harris评分为78.79±6.23,疗效优9例、良47例、中12例,优良率为82.35%.[讨论]人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效较好,值得推广应用.

Curative effect analysis of artificial hip replacement in treatment of 68 elderly patients of intertrochanteric fracture

BACKGROUND To analyze the curative effect of artificial hip replacement m treatment oI elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. CASE REPORTS The clinical data of 68 elderly patients（75 -102 years old, mean 79.6 years old） of intertrochanteric fracture treated by artificial hip replacement were retrospective analyzed from September, 2010 to June, 2013, and it was recorded that the operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion volume, follow-up patients with limb load time, presence of complications and postoperative limb Harris hip score. All patients were followed up for 7 - 33 months, mean 20 months after surgery, and the Harris score was 78.79±6.23. Out of 68 cases, the curative effect was excellent in 9 cases, good in 47 cases and moderate in 12 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 87.5%. DISCUSSION Artificial hip replacement for intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients has good clinical efficacy to be worthy of popularization and application.
