| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尿道底板切开成管术（TIP）治疗尿道下裂的效果.方法 选择性对7例阴茎型尿道下裂患者行TIP术,术后留置支架管和导尿管,7～10 d后拔除.结果 术后阴茎伸直,外形美观,尿道口开口正位,排尿通畅,未出现尿瘘及尿道狭窄.结论 TIP术作为治疗阴茎型尿道下裂的理想手术方法之一,手术操作相对简单,手术时间短,术后整形效果好. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tubularized incised plate urethroplasty for hypospadias.Methods Tubularized incised plate urethroplasty was selectively performed for 7 cases with penile type of hypospadias.The stent and urethral catheter were removed after maintaining 7~10 days.Results The appearance and function of the new urinary meatus was satisfactory.All cases were successfully corrected with no urethral fistula and stricture.Conclusion tubularized incised plate(TIP)urethroplasty is an ideal and easy method for penile type of hypospadias because of excellent functional and cosmetic results with fewer complications. |
