寻常型银屑病患者血清IL-18和IP-10水平的检测

目的:检测寻常型银屑病患者血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和干扰素诱导蛋白-10(IP-10),探讨其在银屑病发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:采用竞争酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法对30例寻常型银屑病患者(其中进行期16例,静止期14例)血清中的IL-18和IP-10水平进行检测。结果:正常对照组血清IL-18和IP-10水平分别为(158.38±13.64)ng/L和(148.73±11.44)ng/L;银屑病患者静止期组血清IL-18和IP-10水平分别为(350.07±19.74)ng/L和(345.62±8.75)ng/L,而进行期组血清IL-18和IP-10水平分别为(444.69±14.74)ng/L和(355.47±6.95)ng/L。进行期组及静止期组的IL-18和IP-10血清水平均较正常对照组明显升高(均为P<0.05)。结论:IL-18和IP-10可能与银屑病发生、发展有关。

Serum Levels of Interleukin-18 and Interferon Induced Protein-10 in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To explore the roles played by interleukin-18(IL-18) and interferon induced protein-10(IP-10) in the development and pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods: To detect the serum levels of IL-18 and IP-10 of 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,of which 16 were in developing period and 14 in remission period,by competitive enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA).Results: Serum levels of IL-18 in control group,remission group and developing group were(158.38±13.64),(350.07±19.74) and(444.69±14.74) ng/L,respectively,while IP-10 levels were(148.73±11.44),(345.62±8.75) and(355.47±6.95) ng/L,respectively,and significant difference was found between psoriasis group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: IL-18 and IP-10 might participate in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
