羟磷灰石力学性能的电测法研究

摘    要:用应变计电测技术测试了羟磷灰石植入兔胫骨后不同时期的主要力学性能,并以正常兔胫骨作对照。正常兔胫骨的弹性模量为2.266×10~4MPa,泊松比为0.30;羟磷灰石植入1年时兔胫骨的弹性模量为1.932×104MPa,达到正常值的85%。从生物力学的角度评价了人工骨材料,并对骨标本的主要力学测试指标及应用电测技术等进行了探讨。

Abstract:After hydroxapatite was implanted into the rabbit's tibia the bone specimens were made the tensile test and measured the strain value by the straim gauge. According to the load--deformation curve, the elastic modulus and Poisson ratio of specimens were calculated. The normal average elastic modulus of rabbit's tibia specimen was 2. 266x10~4 Mpa. Peisson ratio was 0. 30. Up to the postimplanted one year, the elastic modulus of the specimen was 1. 932x10~4Mpa. It reached 85% of the normal value. Poisson ratio was 0. 32. These results showed that the artificial bone material of hydroxapatite had good biologic propertya and had good biomechanical property.
