| 摘 要： | 目的观察布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性感染性喉炎的疗效。方法89例I-Ⅲ度急性感染性喉炎患儿随机分为两组,两组均采用综合治疗,观察组加用布地奈德雾化吸入;对照组加用地塞米松静脉滴注。结果观察组症状、体征改善时间及消失时间均早于对照组。其住院时间亦短于对照组。结论布地奈德在治疗急性感染性喉炎时起效迅速,疗效佳,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze effect of budesonide inhalation on acute infectious laryngitis in children. Methods 89 children with acute infectious laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups. 46 cases in the control group were treated with inhalstion of budesonide suspension, 43 cases in control group were treated with injection of dexamethasone. Results the lime of symptonms disappearing in the treatment group was obviously shorter than in the control group. Conclusion The effect of budesonide inhalation is better than dexamethasone injection. Budesonide inhalation is worth to be applied in clinic. |
