| 摘 要： | 随着人们对于知情同意权的愈加重视,医疗机构在诊疗过程中的告知义务就显得越来越重要。但是告知义务的边缘在哪里,告知到何种程度可以视为医疗机构已经尽到告知义务。通过对一个典型案例展开分析,对医疗机构告知义务的范围及由此引申出的相关问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | As people pay more attention to the right of informed consent,medical institution’s obligation to inform in the treatment process becomes more and more important.But where is the edge of the obligation to inform and what is the standard to judge that hospital has fulfilled inform obligation？ By a case study,the scope and relative topics of inform obligation in medical institutes is discussed. |
