慢性支气管炎与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究

目的：寻找慢性支气管炎患者感染幽门螺杆菌（helicobacter pyloric,Hp）的证据,探讨Hp感染与慢性支气管炎的相关性。方法：分为慢性支气管炎组48例和对照组51例,应用检测血清抗HpIgG及14C-尿素呼气试验方法检测Hp感染情况,并分别测定各组血清C反应蛋白、白细胞总数。结果：慢性支气管炎组患者血清抗HpIgG阳性率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的54.9%,P〈0.05;慢性支气管炎患者Hp现症感染率为81.3%（39/48）,明显高于对照组的49.0%（25/51）,P〈0.05;慢性支气管炎组Hp现症感染患者血清C反应蛋白、白细胞总数较非Hp感染患者明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论：Hp感染与慢性支气管炎相关,可能是慢性支气管炎发病的潜在致病因素。

Helicobacter pylori infection in chronic bronchitis and Research

Objective：Search for helicobacter pylori infection in patients with chronic bronchitis（Helicobacter pyloric,Hp） evidence of Hp infection associated with chronic bronchitis. Methods：48 patients were divided into chronic bronchitis and 51 cases of non-chronic bronchitis group,application of serum anti-Hp IgG and 14C-urea breath test to detect Hp infec-tion,and serum were measured C-reactive protein,WBC. Results：Patients with chronic bronchitis group anti Hp IgG positive rate was 83.3%,significantly higher than non-chronic bronchitis group 54.9%,P〈0.05; chronic bronchitis are disorders in patients with Hp infection rate was 81.3%（39/48） significantly higher than those of chronic bronchitis group 49.0% （25/51）,P〈0.05; chronic bronchitis patients with Hp infection by serum C-reactive protein,white blood cells than the total number of non-Hp infection was significantly higher（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Hp infection associated with chronic bronchitis,chronic bronchitis may be a potential disease risk factors.
