胡珂教授从脾胃论治复发性口腔溃疡经验

目的:总结胡师治疗复发性口腔溃疡的经验。方法:通过收集胡师病案、相互探讨和疗效观察来总结复发性口腔溃疡的诊疗规律。结果:复发性口腔溃根源无不责于脾胃之气的盛衰,火、湿、热是其重要的致病条件。结论:胡珂教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡多从脾胃论治,以脾虚为本,火、湿、热邪是该病发病的关键因素,在调理脾胃的基础上辨证施治,随证治之。

Professor Hu Ke""s Experience in Treating Recurrent Oral Ulcer from Spleen and Stomach Theory

Objective: To summarize Hu Shi"s experience in treating recurrent oral ulcer to guide clinical application. Methods: Collect Hu Shi"s medical records, discuss each other and observe the curative effect to summarize the rules of diagnosis and treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Results: The root cause of recurrent oral ulcer is all the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi, and fire, dampness and heat are its important pathogenic conditions. Conclusion: Professor Hu Ke treats recurrent oral ulcer mainly from spleen and stomach, taking spleen deficiency as the basis, fire, dampness and heat are the key factors of the disease, and based on regulating spleen and stomach, he treats it according to syndrome differentiation and treatment.
