中胚层给药治疗雄激素性脱发的临床观察

目的观察和分析中胚层给药技术治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效。方法将60例雄激素性脱发患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),其中观察组采用中胚层给药疗法,治疗7周;对照组外用米诺地尔酊。疗程结束时和3个月后随访收集观察数据,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗结束时,观察组有效率为73.3%,对照组有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。观察组患者的油腻程度、瘙痒程度、鳞屑程度、脱发情况有所改善。治疗结束3个月后,观察组有效率为66.7%,对照组有效率为53.3%,观察组优于对照组。结论中胚层给药治疗雄激素性脱发疗效明显,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Clinical efficacy of mesoderm injection in the treatment of androgenic alopecia

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of mesoderm injection in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Methods Sixty patients with androgenic alopecia were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The observation group was treated with mesodermal injection for 7 weeks, while the control group was treated with minoxidil tincture. At the end of the course and 3 months later, the observation data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results At the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 73.3% in the observation group and 76.7% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the observation group, the degree of greasy, pruritus, scales and hair loss were improved. Three months after the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 66.7% and 53.3% respectively, and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Mesoderm administration is effective in the treatment of androgenic alopecia, which has good clinical application prospects.
